Pricing FAQ
How much do you charge?
The hire prices for most items range from around £15 to £40 depending upon the item. We tend to price separate items of an outfit (eg trousers and top) separately because they can often mix and match with different items. Suits are priced as a single item. A few outfits (eg wedding dresses) may be more.
What is included in the price?
You get to hire the outfit for four days (which usually allows you to pick it up the day before the event and return it a couple of days afterwards). We will professionally dry-clean or wash and press the outfit.
What does it not include?
At the moment, we do not include postage in the hire price as we recommend that customers collect the outfit in person to avoid creasing etc in transit and most local customers do not require postage. If you do wish it to be sent to you, we will charge you only the actual cost to us of postage.
What about the deposit?
Until we accept credit cards, we will ask for a deposit cheque for up to £50 per item to cover the risk of any damage or non-return or delayed return of the outfit. If the outfit is returned intact, we will return the deposit cheque to you. Please see our terms of business.
