Your catalogue is missing photos, how do I know what those items look like?

We are are constantly buying new stock and pregnant models of the rights sizes are not always easy to find!

Please do call us if you would like more information on any of our outfits and we can talk through your requirements and size and we can suggest whether we will have anything to meet your requirements. If you would to come and see the outfits in person and try some on, you can make an appointment.

I like an outfit, where do I go from here?

If you are particularly keen on one outfit it might be wise to call or email us to check it is available for the date you require it.  Make an appointment to come and see me and you can try on as many outfits as you like. If you decide to go ahead you can either come back to collect the outfit in person or I can send it to you.  Be warned that there are a few outfits in my collection which do not travel well (eg they crease horribly) and are therefore unsuitable for posting.

How do I know if an outfit will fit me?

See our sizing guide for help with working out what size outfit you should be ordering. Obviously you can try them on, but we hope to add precise dimensions in due course so that you can measure yourself and your bump.

Where is Swellegant based?

Swellegant is based in Stansted Mountfitchet, near Bishops Stortford.  Please see our how to find us page for further information.

How do I get the outfit back to Swellegant?

You do not have to return the outfit back in person.  You can send it back to me via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Please inform me by email or phone so I know when to expect it.

How many times have your outfits been worn?

All the stock is brand new and unworn when we acquire it. As time goes on and items are hired out, the number of times they will be worn before being sold or disposed of depends upon them retaining their good condition. If items become damage or mis-shapen we will not make them available for hire. That is why we need to take a deposit from you against damage during your hire.

How often are the outfits cleaned?

All outfits will be professionally dry-cleaned or washed after each hire. This is included in the hire price. You do not need to clean the outfit before returning it to us.
